Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your JURGI bag. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return your purchase within 30 days of completing payment, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and includes the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Returns can be processed in 3 ways:

    1. Customer Hub – if you are signed in, you can initiate and manage your return directly.

    2. Email us at hello@jurgibrand.com and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

    3. At the Returns Center here.

💡 Sale items are also eligible for return under the same conditions.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time to post.

  3. If needed, reach out to your bank.

If you’ve completed all the above steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@jurgibrand.com.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • To request an exchange, log in to Customer Hub or  email hello@jurgibrand.com and send your item to:

Return Shipping

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
