1. What kind of bags do you offer?

At JURGI, we create timeless handbags, totes, shoulder bags, top-handle bags, tennis racket bags, and backpacks — all designed with simplicity, function, and quality in mind.

2. What materials are your bags made of?

We use real leather, natural canvas, natural suede, and cotton lining. When collaborating with artisans on special collections, we may use other natural, eco-conscious materials — always sustainable and environmentally safe.

3. Where do you ship from and how long does it take?

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Standard shipping is free.
Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout.
We ship worldwide, and all taxes and duties are calculated at checkout to avoid any surprise fees upon delivery.

4. Do you accept returns?

Yes. If you’re not in love with your bag, you may return it within 30 days of purchase, as long as it's unused and in original condition with packaging.
💡 We provide a prepaid return shipping label.

5. How do I start a return or exchange?

Please email us at hello@jurgibrand.com. If your bag is defective or damaged, we’re happy to offer an exchange.

6. Do you refund sale items?

Yes.

7. What if my refund hasn’t arrived?

Check your bank or credit card account first, then contact your bank or card issuer. If you still haven’t received it, please email us at hello@jurgibrand.com.

9. Do your bags come with a warranty?

While we don’t offer a formal warranty, we stand behind the quality of our bags. If something like hardware breaks shortly after purchase (even outside the return window), please contact us — we’re happy to help make it right.
